We’ve always loved sally & bobs but felt inspired to write a review today! We had to evacuate our house at 5:30am with our two young kids due to an issue with our furnace and we settled in at sally and bobs when they opened. Helen was very gracious and supportive of our situation. She got my husband coffee to go when he had to run back to meet the fire department and even remade his omelet fresh when he returned. It always feels like you’re at a family members house when you visit sally and bobs! Also, the breakfast quesadilla on special right now is to die for :) thank you!
Such a good place to come. Good food, fantastic service, quick to know your needs, friendly, staff was outstanding, willing, smiling, on point. Ate alone but felt surrounded by good company. Great spot to spend your hard earned money, will be back. 🙂
Loved the Food ! We stopped for brunch this past weekend; definitely a great find. It is a cozy place; the restaurant is busy. We only had to wait 10 minutes. Pros; Delicious food, great customer service; they also have home made cookies for sale. The cookies were delicious too. I will saw a lot of people ordering a dish to go; I also ordered a chicken club to go. Cons: None based on my experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
Very warm staff that welcomed us in. Lots of regulars on a weekend morning, so expect a 30-45min wait. You're served coffee while you wait. Typical brunch options priced reasonably. We ordered Benedicts, omelettes and challah French toast. Would definitely recommend Sally and Bob's.
Great breakfast stop in the heart of West Hartford. Not a lot of seating so expect to wait at peak times. Food was excellent (but omelet was a bit brown from high heat) coffee hot, and service attentive. We make it a point to stop there when we are visiting family.

Delicious, comforting and satisfying! The staff is awesome. Everyone is always smiling, attentive and makes you feel at home. The portion sizes are generous and the menu offers something for everyone. We are there multiple times during our stay in West Hartford.
Really enjoyed food here with my family. It was a small cozy place but with great warmth and attentive staff. Having gluten free options made our time that much more pleasant. Definitely a gem to check out if you’re in town!
This is a cute little breakfast spot in West Hartford. It was very busy when we went, but they move pretty quickly. It is not a huge place, so there may be a wait. The coffee was good as was the food. I had a meat lovers omelette which was excellent and my wife had the eggs Benedict. Both meals were delicious. Glad we tried this spot…
